Meet Coach Markeith

Fitness and health have played a central role in Markeith,s life as he competed in team sports from grade school and also competing at a national level in N.P.C sanctioned physique competitions for 5 years. With the lessons learned from a lifetime of competing to create a unique personal training style that changes bodies and lives.

The 10-year industry veteran combines an expertise in fitness, strength training and nutrition to build life changing relationships with his clients. Markeith unleashes the true potential of his clients as they discover or rediscover the athlete that’s hidden inside of them. Markeith’s clients develop an approach to life that creates the energy and confidence to maximize them personally and professionally.

No one ever said eating healthy would be easy, but a customized meal plan to cater to your nutritional needs will definitely assist you in meeting your goals.Having a specific meal plan and shopping list will save you time in the store and in preparing meals. Not to mention, you will waste less food by having a structured plan.

Get the extra guidance needed to help achieve your fitness and weight-loss goals. Each customized meal plan comes with a consultative questionnaire to assist in creating the best meal plan to maximize results.

Here, we combine free weights with squats, lunges, and high-interval exercises so that you can build strength according to your own body type and goals.

Cardio Circuit & MK Group Fit  

Tuesdays,Thursdays
6:00am – 6:30am &
6:45pm – 7:30pm  
Here we incorporate cardio intervals between rope exercises,kettlebells & dumbbells to help you build leaner muscles. This Mk fit class will help you build endurance,and put your metabolism to work.

Leg/ Glute Training

Wednesdays
6:00am – 6:30am 
6:45pm – 7:30pm

Welcome to your perfect Friday AM workout. During this short class, we do a series of intense cross-training moves with bursts of aerobic exercise, weight lifting, and stretch breaks.
